Mouse Universal Reference Total RNA - 4x0.1 mg
This Mouse Universal Reference Total RNA is a high-quality standard designed for gene expression studies, including microarray analysis, qRT-PCR, and RNA sequencing. Produced at large scale to minimize lot-to-lot variation, it provides consistent and reliable reference RNA for research applications.
The RNA is derived from all tissues of several adult male and female mice. After careful preparation including removal of hair and digestive contents tissues are finely chopped, snap-frozen, powdered, and homogenized in RNA-denaturing solution. The total RNA is then purified, DNase-treated, and dissolved in RNase-free water at a concentration of 1 mg/mL.
