Product Overview
The Panbio Dengue Duo IgM Capture & IgG Capture ELISA is for the qualitative detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to dengue virus in serum.

The Panbio Dengue Duo IgM Capture & IgG Capture ELISA offers an improvement over the HAI assay as an aid for the serological diagnosis of dengue infections between primary and secondary infection using a single dilution of serum, rather than a series of dilutions required for HAI assays.

The IgM cut-off is set to detect IgM levels characteristic of primary infection.

These ELISA tests are designed to distinguish between primary and secondary infections
This kit consists of the Dengue IgM Capture ELISA and the Dengue IgG Capture ELISA packaged together for convenience and cost savings
Ideal for use in regions where primary and secondary dengue are common
For the differentiation of primary and secondary dengue

Samples positive for secondary dengue infection by HAI (titre >= 2560)
The use of the Panbio Dengue IgG Capture ELISA (E-DEN02G) is recommended when secondary dengue is suspected
